Gas Hills
Historically, the Gas Hills Uranium District was the second largest uranium producing region in the United States during the last uranium cycle, with total production exceeding 100 million pounds. The majority of the production in this area was from conventional open-pit mining. The Gas Hills is located 45 miles east of Riverton Wyoming, home of the Company's US exploration and development office.

Pine Tree-Reno Creek Properties
Stage: Permitting
The Pine Tree-Reno Creek Properties are located between AREVA's idled Christensen Ranch in-situ recovery (ISR) operation 25 miles to the northwest and Cameco's producing Smith Ranch ISR facility located 30 miles to the south. Adjacent to the Moore-McCullough optioned properties is Cameco's Ruby Ranch property with a published probable reserve totaling 5,500,000 lbs of uranium grading 0.09% U3O8 contained within 2,830,000 tonnes of ore. (Source: Cameco website). To date, Strathmore has completed NI 43-101 resource estimates for the Reno Creek and Southwest Reno Creek lands within the overall project.

Copper Mountain
Stage: Exploration and Development Pipeline
The Copper Mountain property is located in the Wind River Basin, Wyoming. Total acreage is approximately 1,500 acres. Of which, Strathmore Minerals owns a portion of the mineralized property. Previous drilling has defined large tonnage, low grade, uranium mineralization, sufficient in size to warrant consideration as a stand-alone mine and heap-leach or conventional mill complex.

Shirley Basin
Stage: Exploration and Development Pipeline
Strathmore's Shirley Basin properties now exceed 11,000 acres. Previous exploration conducted by Utah International identified a number of mineralized areas requiring follow-up exploration.
Sky
Stage: Exploration and Development Pipeline
The Sky property totals 800 acres. The claims are within the Wind River Basin of Wyoming. The property was originally discovered by Exxon minerals in the 1970's and was controlled by the Pathfinder group until the late 1980's.
Plans to develop Sky as an ISR recoverable resource have been deferred.

Juniper Ridge

The Juniper Ridge Property, also known as Red Creek, comprises 4,793 acres (1,940 Ha) in size. It has an inferred historical resource of 2,750,000 tons grading 0.10% U3O8 grade for a total 5,500,000 pounds (not NI 43-101 compliant).

Roca Honda, Grants Mineral District
Roca Honda Resources LLC Joint Venture - (Strathmore 60% Sumitomo Corp. 40%) Roca Honda
On October 27, 2009, Strathmore announced that the RHR LLC Joint Venture submitted a mine permit application for the proposed development of its flagship Roca Honda underground uranium project in the Grants Mineral District, New Mexico. This property, which is situated on public lands managed by the US Forest Service and the State of New Mexico, is held by Strathmore and Sumitomo Corporation of Japan, in their jointly owned subsidiary Roca Honda Resources LLC (RHR). Roca Honda represents the largest proposed uranium mine in the United States in over thirty years.

Church Rock
Stage: Exploration and Development Pipeline
The Company's Church Rock property, located on the western side of the Grants Mineral Belt, was acquired in 2004 along with the Kerr McGee data base. Historical production in the Church Rock and nearby Crownpoint area exceeded 16 million pounds.
A NI 43-101 technical report for Church Rock was completed in December 2005. It reports a Measured & Indicated resource totaling 11.8 million pounds contained within 6.2 million tons grading .10% U3O8 per ton, which is nearly double the previously reported historical resource. The technical report further highlighted the excellent potential for increasing the resource through additional exploratory drilling.

Nose Rock
Stage: Exploration and Development Pipeline
The Company's Nose Rock property is known as Mine Unit #1, New Mexico mineral lease Section 36. The property is located northeast of Crownpoint within the Grants Mineral Belt. The Company has acquired through mineral leases, or by claim staking, an additional 7 sections contiguous or near the Section 36 lease. Strathmore's Nose Rock holdings now total 5,000 acres.

The Dalton Pass property comprises 640 acres of federal lode mining claims. It is located between the Church Rock and Crownpoint Uranium Districts in the western part of the Grants Mineral Belt.

Marquez
Stage: Exploration & Development Pipeline
The Marquez Property was acquired in 2007. It contains an estimated 2,754,000 tons averaging .17% for a historical resource totaling 9,362,000 lbs U3O8 (Not NI 43-101 compliant). The historical resource estimate was calculated using the circle-tangent method, based on a cut-off grade of 0.10% and a minimum thickness of 6 feet. Uranium mineralization is hosted as "roll-front" deposits within sandstone units of the West Water Canyon Member of the Jurassic Morrison Formation. South Dakota
Chord
Stage: Exploration & Development Pipeline
The Chord Property, located in Fall River County, comprises 22 unpatented lode mining claims totaling 440 acres. Previous operators included Union Carbide and Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA). The uranium mineralization occurs within sandstones of the Chilson Member of the Cretaceous Lakota Formation.
Depth to the mineralization is shallow, and is generally less than 500 ft. The deposit can be classified as a "roll front" type. A vanadium credit of 1:1 to 1:2 parts uranium is present. Based on previous exploration drilling, an indicated resource of 3.8 million lbs U3O8 was outlined, with significant additional exploration potential. (Not NI 43-101 compliant).
