The original Bullion Monarch Company was founded in 1948. M.M. & S. Exploration Company, founded by Robert D. Morris Sr., merged with Bullion in 1969 and became the successor and management. M.M. & S. was a pioneer in the famous Northern Nevada, “Carlin Gold Belt”. They were the first company to realize most of the gold in the area was invisible to the naked eye. The Company constructed and operated the first two extraction plants in the Carlin Trend, the Bootstrap, and the Blue Star Mines. They were instrumental in bringing Newmont Mining into the area and sold them some of their first Carlin properties.
Bullion has been very successful throughout its history at finding properties, but has always been undercapitalized. Bullion now has a revenue stream which will give it capital needed to be more successful in negotiations with other companies and development of its current and future properties. Bullion Monarch Mining Inc, having completed the reorganization and with reliable revenues from royalties, good properties, and solid management, looks forward to a promising future.
Bullion believes it has excellent mining properties in Northern Nevada and throughout the Western United States. Newmont’s new, large Leeville underground mine and he East Ore Body Mine are currently producing royalty payments to Bullion.
The company acquired a 60% interest in EnShale, Inc. in 2005 in order to profit from the growing demand for oil by mining and processing oil shale into oil products. Bullion believes it has found an underappreciated asset in oil shale. There is more than two times the world’s known supply of oil contained in the mahogany zone of oil shale in Utah, Wyoming, and Colorado. While most oil companies are trying to figure out new ways to pump oil from the shale in the ground, EnShale, with Bullion’s expertise in mining, has developed a new technology to process and recover oil from the oil shale.
The Company currently has under lease 4,650 acres of oil shale property in the mahogany zone. The USGS has reported that the oil contained in the oil shale properties is approximately 667 million barrels of oil. With current market prices for crude oil of approximately $90.00 a barrel, management believes they have an extremely valuable minable resource and with EnShale’s technology for extraction, Bullion is excited about the prospects of this project.

North Pipeline Mine
North Pipeline Mine is currently producing placer gold. The underground portion of this property has yet to be explored. This claim group is located between American Barrick's Pipeline ore-body and Klondex Gold's Fire Creek property. These ore bodies have been major producers of gold. Maggie Creek - Nevada
This property is located in Eureka County, Nevada, approximately 7 miles north of Carlin, Nevada. The property lies just south of Newmont Mining’s largest open pit operation, the Gold Quarry Deposit. The Maggie Creek property is in a direct line from Newmont’s Tusc Pit to the Mac Open Pit to the Gold Quarry Mine. Ophir Utah Property
Bullion Monarch Mining owns a 100% interest in five patented claims, Prince of Wales, Prince of Wales No.2, Prince of Wales No. 4, Prince of Wales No.5 and Commodore Lode Claims.
The patented claims are located approximately 40 miles southwest of Salt Lake City, Utah, near the top of the Oquirrh Mountain Range. The property is approximately 10 miles southwest of Kennecotts Bingham Copper Mine, the largest open pit mine in the U.S that has operated for over 100 years. It also lies only 4 miles east of American Barrick’s Mercur Gold Mine. (

Gold Mountain
Bullion Monarch Mining currently owns a 1% interest in Gold Mountain Exploration and Development Company. Bullion by agreement with Gold Mountain is earning an additional 9% interest by funding litigation with Alpine Mining Inc. The litigation will ensure Gold Mountain legal interest in the Sumpter Oregon Gold property. Recently an out of court settlement was reached with Alpine Minerals whereby Gold Mountain’s interest was established. Legal documents are currently being completed and Bullion will soon receive the additional 9% interest of Gold Mountain Exploration and Development. Bullion is currently working on acquiring more of an interest in this project.
The Sumpter Oregon Gold consists of 13 patented mining claims located approximately 10 miles west of Sumpter and 40 miles southeast of Baker city in Southeastern Oregon. (

Carlin Gold Trend - Nevada
Bullion’s interests in the renowned “Carlin Trend” in Northeast Nevada date back to the late 1950’s. Bullion the successor to M.M.&S. Exploration Co. and with the early efforts of their C.E.O. Robert D. Morris Sr. were able to operate the first two producing mines in the district, the Bootstrap Mine and the Blue Star Mine.
The Carlin Trend in Northeast Nevada is the richest and most prolific gold producing region in the Americas, now rivaling the productive South African, Witwatersrand gold mines. The two largest gold mining companies in the world Newmont Mining and Barrick Gold each have their major operations in the Carlin Trend. (
