ATW Gold is focused on exploring and advancing its highly prospective gold and rare earth projects in Australia and Utah.  In Australia, ATW Gold’s Gullewa project is being advanced by Mutiny Gold, who earn up to 100% by delivering a positive feasibility study and paying ATW Gold $4 million. ATW will also retain a 10% net profit interest.  In addition to Gullewa, the company is actively exploring in Western Australia’s Gasgoyne Region for additional gold deposits.
In Utah, exploration on the Honey Combs Project has already identified several prospects with potential for rare earth elements, lithium, beryllium, and rubidium.

Brent Butler
President, Chief Executive Officer and Director
* Mr. Butler has over 20 years of geological experience worldwide.
* Mr. Butler was formerly Managing Director and Company Secretary of Kinross Gold Australia PTY Ltd. He worked for Kinross for eight years from 1998 to April of 2006.
* Mr. Butler has been involved in several gold discoveries (with Hunter Resources and Sons of Gwalia) in West Australia.
* Mr. Butler is a member of the Society of Economic Geologists (United States) since 2001, a member of AusImm (the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy) since 1989, and a member of the PDAC since 2003.
* Obtained his BSc in Geology from Otago University in Dunedin, New Zealand in 1983.

Graham L. Harris
Chairman and Director
* Mr. Harris has over 18 years of experience in the finance industry.
* Former Senior Vice President and Director at Canaccord Capital Corp. from 1999 to 2004.  Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President and Director of Yorkton Securities.
* Mr. Harris has raised over $50 million for public and private companies in both the resource and high tech segments of capital markets.
* Mr. Harris obtained his BA in Economics from the University of British Columbia , Canada in 1986.

Andrew W. Bowering
Director
* Mr. Bowering is a corporate administrator with 17 years experience in the financing and management of exploration, development and start-up companies.
* Has held senior executive positions and directorships in numerous public companies involved in mineral exploration in Canada, the United States, Mexico and China.
* Mr. Bowering has directly raised over $40 million for mineral exploration and development.  He has led several large acquisition programs in Northwest British Columbia, Alberta and Central Mexico.
* In addition to mineral exploration activities, Mr. Bowering was a founder and principle of two publicly traded consumer product companies that operated worldwide. He has an in-depth knowledge of securities markets, regulatory affairs and investor/public relations.
* Obtained his BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of British Columbia, Canada in 1986.

Brian Morrison

* Mr. Morrison is a corporate administrator with 5 years experience with public companies.
* He has an in-depth knowledge of securities markets and regulatory affairs.
* Mr. Morrison received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Northern British Columbia in 2004 and completed the Canadian Securities Course in 2006.

Clive Massey
Director VP Finance
* Mr. Massey is an experienced executive with over 20 years of experience in the mining and finance sector.
* He has been involved in both debt and equity financings up to $45-million (U.S.).
* Mr. Massey has held directorships for several companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. From 2005 to 2007, he was president and chief executive officer of Universal Uranium Inc. and previously worked with several other successful public mining companies, including Major General Resources Ltd.., Inca Pacific Resources Inc. Greystar Resources Ltd and Lumina Copper Corp., which was purchased by Teck Cominco Ltd. in 2008, for $425-million.

* Ms. Kaloti has over 14 years experience in the finance industry.
* Ms. Kaloti has been involved with ATW since its inception.
* Since 2003, Jasvir has been a self-employed consultant for public and private companies in the mining industry. Prior to that she was an administrator for Vancouver Financial Planning Consultants.
* She is also the Corporate Secretary for Tribune Minerals Corp.
* Ms. Kaloti received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University in 1993.
