Hanoi General Export and Import Corporation, a member of the Hanoi General Export and Import Group (“Geleximco”), since its establishment in 1993 has become one of Vietnam’s largest private industrial conglomerates with substantial interests across a broad range of sectors including mining, finance, manufacturing, commodity trading, agricultural processing, energy and resources.
The National Development Corporation of Tanzania, an organisation owned by the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania with a specific mandate to develop, coordinate and implement infrastructural and economic projects through Public Private Partnerships (PPP). Among other things, the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania has mandated NDC, on an exclusive basis, to co-ordinate and guide implementation of the various projects being undertaken in coordination with the Southern African Development Community (SADC) Regional Spatial Development Initiative. Projects identified for the NDC include power generation and transmission, transport infrastructure, telecommunications, water, agriculture, mining, tourism, forestry and fisheries and the development and regulation of Export Processing Zones and Free Ports in Tanzania
The Tanzanian Port Authority (TPA) is a statutory body incorporated to establish and coordinate Tanzania’s ports and harbours system and to provide services relating to ports and harbours facilities, including carrier, navigation, stevedore, wharfage and storage services. The TPA is also tasked with the construction and operation of ports and harbours. As an incorporated State entity, the TPA currently owns all the major ports and harbours in Tanzania, including Dar Es Salaam, Tanga, Mtwara and all lake ports in Tanzania.

Crystalbrook
The Crystalbrook Project in the Chillagoe District of North Qld covers an essentially untested intrusive related gold and base metal system focused on a major north west trending basement structure. The province contains the Red Dome copper – gold and Kidston (3.4 Moz Au) porphyry style deposits. The Gulf tenement covers the dominantly mineralized 5 km of this fault zone in the region with gold in rock chips to 10g/t Au. Exploration by Gulf has defined a buried mineralized intrusive which requires further drill testing. ( Read More )
Ewingar Gold
The Ewingar Gold Project is centered on the gold mineralised Timbarra granite in northern NSW. Modern exploration in this district to date has focused on the low grade granite hosted Timbarra 417,000 oz Au deposit. The area remains prospective for both high grade granite hosted and granite margin deposits. The Hoortons Deposit remains open along strike and several prospects which have been extensively mined historically for both alluvial and hardrock gold remain untested. ( Read More)
Swan Creek
The Swan Creek Project is located at the northern end of the Tanami Gold Province in the Northern Territory. Previous base metal exploration sampled anomalous gold to 31 ppb in stream sediment shedding from an area of quartz veined metasediments and associated high magnetic signature. ( Read More )

Pare Mountains Copper Project

Gulf Group Interest: JV established to earn up to 70%
Gulf, as operator of the joint venture has the right to earn up to 70% but spending US$700,000 over three years option. Upon spending US$150,000 Gulf will have earn a 51% interest.
Situated at Manga in the Handeni and Bagamoyo District in north east Tanzania, the project is contained within Prospecting Licence PL4164/2007, which covers some 123 sq km.
Iringa Gold Prospect
