NQ Exploration Inc.’s main assets consist of a portfolio of 15 mining properties in the James Bay area, including 10 acquired from Everton Resources Inc. (TSX Venture Exchange: EVR) and five from the Societe de developpement de la Baie-James (SDBJ).

The Morand property lies in the James Bay region of Quebec, about 72 km west of Radisson and immediately north of the La Grande river. The property consists of 177 contiguous map-designated claims covering a total area of 89.91 km2. It is wholly-owned by NQ Exploration Inc. and is subject to a 2% NSR royalty. [READ MORE]

The Duncan project lies in the James Bay region of Quebec, about 35 km south of Radisson. It consists of 229 map-designated claims grouped into two blocks lying on either side of the James-Bay road and covering a total area of 116.8 km2. The Pine Hill Nord property lies to the north of the LG-3 reservoir in the James Bay region of Quebec, about 150 km east of Radisson. The Pine Hill property lies north of the LG-3 reservoir in the James Bay region of Quebec, about 135 kilometers east of Radisson. The Le Moyne property lies 35 km south of the La Grande river in the James Bay region of Quebec. The property consists of 40 map-designated claims covering a total area of 20.6 km2. It is wholly-owned by NQ Exploration Inc., and half the claims are subject to a 2% NSR royalty. [READ MORE]

Conviac
The Conviac property is located in the James Bay region of Quebec, 22 km north of the Eastmain river and about 275 km north of Chibougamau. The property consists of 198 map-designated claims covering a total area of 104.1 km2. It is wholly-owned by NQ Exploration Inc. [READ MORE]

Eastmain Nord
The Eastmain Nord property lies in the James Bay region of Quebec, about 250 km north of Chibougamau. The property consists of 131 map-designated claims covering a total area of 69.1 km2. It is wholly-owned by NQ Exploration Inc., with 24 claims subject to a 1% NSR royalty. [READ MORE]

Carheil
The Carheil property lies north of the Abitibi region in Brouillan Township, about 5 km southwest of the old Selbaie mine (Rio Algom Limited, historical production of 53 million tonnes grading an average of 0.96% copper, 1.90% zinc, 40.7 g/t silver and 0.58 g/t gold), in similar geological units, on the southern flank of an anticline that lies between the property and the Selbaie mine (see regional geology figure). It consists of 32 contiguous claims covering a total area of 512 hectares. NQ Exploration Inc. has owned the property outright since August 2008. Themines
NQ Exploration Inc. has a non-contributing 5% interest in this property, where the majority partner, Maudore Minerals Ltd., is the project operator. The Themines property lies southeast of Matagami near Lebel-sur-Quevillon, in an area covered by the James Bay Agreement.

Rapides des Cedres
Exploration NQ Inc. has minority interests or simply a royalty on this property, where the partners or majority interest holders are the project operator. The property lies in the Chibougamau-Chapais area of the James Bay territory.

Gand1
The Gand I property lies in the James Bay region, about 25 km northeast of Desmaraisville, in the Chibougamau mining district. The property consists of 76 contiguous claims in Gand and Lesperance townships covering a total area of 12.55 km2. It is wholly-owned by NQ Exploration Inc. [READ MORE]

Opawica
Since May 2009, NQ Exploration Inc. has held a 100% interest in the Opawica property in Lesperance Township, 80 km southwest of Chapais, in the territory covered by the James Bay agreement. This property consists of 24 contiguous claims covering a total area of 384 hectares. The interests of Kinross Gold Corporation and Inmet Mining Corporation were acquired in consideration of a 1% royalty, half of which can be bought back for US $750,000. [READ MORE]

André Audet
Chairman of the Board and director
Mr. Audet is president and CEO of Everton Resources Inc. and is Chairman of the board of Majescor Resources Inc. and Adventure Gold Inc. He is also a director of Metco Resources Inc. and Exploration Pediment Inc. Mr. Audet holds a bachelor in administration from Ottawa University (1983). He is a certified portfolio manager and has over 20 years of experience in financing public companies.

David Grondin
President, Chief Executive Officer and director
Mr. Grondin is an independent consultant in administration and corporate finance since 2000. He graduated with a Bachelor in Business Administration from Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in 2002. From 1997 until 2000, he was a financial analyst with CTI Capital Inc.

Jean Rainville
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Rainville is a consultant in management, administration and finance for mining companies. He holds a bachelor in engineering, mining and metallurgy and a bachelor in Commerce from McGill University. He has 30 years of experience both in Canada and at the international level in project valuation, administration and financing of public companies.

Marc Carbonneau
Director
Mr. Carbonneau is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Brigil Construction, the largest home builder in Quebec. From 2004 to 2008, he was the CFO of Everton Resources Inc. and Majescor Resources Inc. He holds a bachelor in administration from the Ottawa University (1982) and is a chartered accountant since 1986. Marc Carbonneau has advised both small and large businesses including Public Service Alliance of Canada, where he acted as administrator for the pension fund and the insurance trust and was treasurer of the collective insurance fund from 1999 to 2004.

Christian Perrier
Director
Mr. Perrier is president of PCI Inc. He graduated with a Bachelor in aeronautical engineering from Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal in 1995 and with an MBA from HEC in Montreal in 2002. He is a member of l’Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec since 1995. Mr. Perrier has been active in the fields of automation and industrial computers since that time. Mr. Perrier has been project manager in numerous countries (US, South Africa, Korea, France and Mexico). He is the founder and has been president of PCI inc. since 2001.

Pierre Folco
Director
Mr. Folco is the portfolio manager with the Société de Développement de la Baie-James (SDBJ) since November 2006. He holds a bachelor in geography (1982) and a bachelor in geology (1984) from Université du Quebec in Montreal. He has worked for SOQUEM as a project manager from 1992 to 2002 and then district manager in Chibougamau from 2003 to 2006.

Alain Champoux
Director
Mr. Champoux is the President of BJC Capital Inc., a consulting firm that provides business management, financing and disposition services. He is also presently the Executive Vice President and a shareholder of Energere Inc., a company specialized in energy savings. He is a member of Quebec Bar (1995) and has an MBA degree (1997).

Jacquelin Gauthier
Director
Mr. Gauthier has broad experience in mining exploration and geology, having worked as Exploration Manager for majors such as Kinross Gold Corp., Bema Gold Corp., Cambior Inc. and Noranda Exploration Inc. Mr. Gauthier earned a bachelor’s degree in applied science (geological engineering) in 1975. After two years of graduate studies, he began his career with SEREM Québec, a subsidiary of French company BRGM, then moved to Morrisson Minerals and Groupe Minier Sullivan. He was also the president of Azimuth Exploration Inc. and worked as a consultant for Geosciences J. Gauthier Enr. and Services Géoscientifiques Kiwatin Inc. Over the course of his career, with three different teams, he has been directly responsible for three discoveries that proved to be economic. From 1986 to 2000, Mr. Gauthier participated in three advisory boards for the Quebec and federal Departments of Natural Resources, as well as a number of geoscience forums and committees. He was also the director and vice president of the Quebec Prospectors Association and the Association of Professional Geologists and Geophysicists of Quebec.
