GREEN.SWITCH
Green.Switch forms the core of Greenscape’s eco consulting and retrofitting division of the company. Green.Switch works with companies who desire to reduce their impact on the environment while simultaneously improving their bottom line. After an in depth assessment of operations, Green.Switch recommends and implements a customized energy retrofitting program designed to increase the sustainability, social responsibility, and profitability of the client company. Green.Switch then monitors these programs to ensure ongoing compliance with targets and goals while promoting the new "go green" branding of the client company.
The revenue model developed for Green.Switch’s full service retrofitting program targets increased revenue generation at every stage of the retrofitting process, from the initial assessment right through to the monitoring and evaluation of the energy efficient program that has been implemented.
While Green.Switch energy retrofitting is the core of the Greenscape business model, from time to time, revenues generated by Green.Switch may be used to strategically invest in other fast growing, dynamic companies that have established themselves as leaders in environmentally friendly operating procedures. Additionally, Greenscape may provide capital and business advisory services to companies who are greening their operations.

Bryan Slusarchuk, CEO and Director
Mr. Slusarchuk has significant experience financing and operating companies involved in a wide range of sectors. Mr. Slusarchuk, prior to establishing a track record as a successful private and public company CEO, was a Senior Investment Advisor at Canaccord Capital Corporation, a premier Canadian investment dealer. Mr. Slusarchuk sits on the board of several private and public Canadian companies and has raised an managed capital for multiple companies including companies involved in consumer goods, retail, media and manufacturing. He has an extensive European and North American financial network and has worked within it to finance and structure multiple North American and European ventures. Mr. Slusarchuk is a founder and CEO of Skanderbeg Capital Group, a company focused on deploying venture capital to fast-growing venture situations.
Edward Wright, Director
Mr. Wright has extensive management and leadership experience in the luxury retail and wholesale sectors. His background includes considerable success in developing and operating the North American divisions of some of the world’s leading luxury brands. Mr. Wright, until 2006 was the Executive Vice President of Retail in North America for Cartier, a top international luxury brand with a storied history dating back to the 1800’s. Prior to Cartier, Mr. Wright held the position of President of Baume & Mercier since 2002. While at Cartier, Mr. Wright was responsible for the development and operations of the entire North American retail division including implementation of strategic goals, supervision of retail development, and ensuring successful attainment of Cartier’s retail objectives for the North American market segment. Upon returning to Vancouver, B.C., Mr. Wright became the Chief Executive
Officer of CRH Medical, a fast growing North American medical company.
Michael Hofer, CCEP, Director and Manager of Environmental and Corporate Integration
Mr. Hofer is an environmental expert and is instrumental in developing and guiding the company's environmental protocols and standards. Mr. Hofer has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Physical Geography/Geomorphology and a Post Baccalaureate in Environmental Science. Mr. Hofer is a Canadian Certified Environmental Practitioner (CCEP) in four different environmental categories as designated by the Canadian Environmental Certification Approvals Board, and has a Manager of Landfill Operations designation (MOLO) from the Solid Waste Association of North America. Mr. Hofer is currently an active professional in the field of Environmental Services and Operations and during his career has managed approximately $25 million in capital projects relating to the environmental field.
Tina Hofer, Director and Managing Director of Lela Designs
Tina Hofer is an experienced fashion entrepreneur who is the driving force behind Lela Designs (“Lela”) in terms of operations and strategic planning. Ms. Hofer founded Lela Designs in January 2006 after recognizing a need for fashionable, eco-luxury women’s golf wear. During the past year, Ms. Hofer has generated considerable industry and media attention for the Lela concept and has actively marketed the company’s products throughout key North American markets. Prior to founding Lela Designs, she created and managed a successful promotional clothing line based out of Vancouver, Canada, after being a fashion representative for a UK-based company. Ms. Hofer holds joint citizenship in both Canada and Austria and has built an extensive business network both in North America and internationally.
Harry Kambolis, Director
Mr. Kambolis is a restaurant entrepreneur and experienced businessman. After studying biology, he decided in 1990 to pursue his vision of transforming the Canadian restaurant industry. In less than a decade he has created three restaurants that have earned critical acclaim nationwide, including garnering national awards for his efforts such as Best Restaurant in Canada and Best New Restaurant in Canada. His well established success stories are Raincity Grill, C Restaurant and Nu. These restaurants were the first to take advantage of local ingredients and produce and in doing so helped define Pacific Northwest cuisine. As the first restaurant entrepreneur to base an entire menu around the now widely followed 100 mile diet, Mr. Kamoblis has acted as a pioneer in bringing eco-luxury and socially responsible products to Canadian consumers. Mr. Kambolis is a businessman that brings a wealth of creativity and business acumen to the company.
Paul.D.Plater, CA, CPA (Illinois), Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Plater holds a Chartered Accountants designation (1994) and Certified Public Accountants (Illinois) designation (1997), as well as his BBA (Accounting) from Simon Fraser University (1989). His experience as a CFO with other public companies in the retail clothing sector and with the regulatory agencies will greatly assist Greenscape and it portfolio of Companies from a reporting and regulatory standpoint. His main responsibilities in reporting to the Board of Directors and senior management are to set up and manage a cost effective reporting system between Greenscape and it portfolio companies, along with filing the quarterly and annual regulatory financial statements.
Christopher Bennett, Senior Advisor
With 15 years of political and public policy communications experience, Mr. Bennett is the former Leader of the Green Party of British Columbia. The youngest person to ever lead the party, Christopher helped build public support to almost 20 per cent from five per cent during his interim term. In 2007 he was elected to the Green Party of Canada’s Federal Council where he completed a one-year term and acted as a senior communications strategist to the executive committee. Mr. Bennett brings more than 10 years of public relations and media communications experience to the group. He has expertise in corporate communications, issues management, crisis communications, investor relations and media training to clients across the board. An experienced strategist, Mr. Bennett has worked with CEOs, politicians and senior government officials both provincially and nationally. In 2006, Christopher was the only Canadian named to PR News’ ‘Top 30 under 30 to Watch’ list. He has been profiled in BC Business Magazine, PR Week and the National Post. Christopher was also the keynote speaker at the IABC’s National ‘NEXT Communications’ conference.
